Torchy’s arrives in Fort Worth

photo-9
If anyone says we have enough tacos in Fort Worth, they obviously haven’t been to Torchy’s Tacos, an Austin chain that expanded to Dallas and now to Fort Worth. We should consider ourselves lucky. This Torchy’s has several amenities that other locales do not, including a full bar, a patio area and a full dining room (the first Torchy’s I ate at in Austin was so small, I had to sit on the curb outside to eat). The menu hasn’t changed much, which is good news. Torchy’s serves some pretty imaginative tacos, and although they’re more expensive than Fuzzy’s and fast food, the quality of the ingredients is much higher.
